When I was an elementary school student in ROES, I used to think that everyone who wore make-up was 'rich' and glamorous. My sister and I were always chosen as muse, but my mother would turn this down thinking how expensive it was to dress-up and go to a salon to get a stylist to have our hair and make-up done.
Thanks to YOU TUBE, the only reason you won't learn how to put on make-up is if you are just not interested about it. But with the HAMAKA FESTIVAL just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to play dress up and make a look for this parade.
I made this COSTUME/STAGE MAKE-UP look for the HAMAKA FESTIVAL in Taytay, Rizal held every February. Glam up and join the festivities for only 128 pesos! It's great to be FRUGALICIOUS PINAY!
So for those thinking this make-up is heavy, just think of those times when we were children and it was mandatory to join a parade and walk around town under the heat of the sun. The make-up has to stand-up to the test of heat, sweat, humidity, handkerchief LOL and all those other reason's why your face will melt before the end of the day.
I won't elaborate much, just that I can not stress out more the use of a good primer to protect your art work/make-up. I personally use the Banana Co. primer even if it is on the bit of the pricey side because it's one of the best.
And as for those wearing thousand-peso terno, costume, gown etc. It pays to be wise in the make-up department. What's the use of your magnificent ensemble if you're face is going to melt under the sun in a snap of a finger?
The SHAWILL 6-color cream eyeshadow 05 gives you a glittery and glam charming look all for 128 pesos! Now there is no excuse to be out of style this coming festivities.
I hope you like this Parade Make-up with SHAWILL Eye shadow Palette tutorial!
